Cancel your subscription

You can cancel your buoycal subscription here, without logging in. Enter the email address you subscribed with and select Cancel now. This supplements the cancellation terms in our Terms of Service.

When you cancel

Cancellation is an ordinary termination. On a monthly plan, or during the first year of an annual plan, it takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, which is not refunded. On an annual plan that has renewed, it takes effect at the end of the current calendar month, and we refund the unused remainder of the paid year on a pro-rata basis by credit note. In every case your subscription stays active until the effective date, does not renew, and you will not be charged again.

We email a confirmation, including the exact effective date, to the address you enter below.

You can also cancel from the billing settings in your account dashboard while signed in. If you have any trouble, email us at hello@buoycal.com and we will cancel it for you.
