Withdrawal Instruction

This withdrawal instruction applies if you are a consumer in the EU, that is, a natural person entering the contract for purposes that are predominantly outside your trade, business, or profession. It sets out your statutory right to withdraw from your contract for the hosted buoycal service, and supplements Section 10 of our Terms of Service.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email), sent to:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If you asked the service to start early

If you asked for the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount in proportion to the service already provided up to the point at which you informed us of your withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the contract.

Your right of withdrawal ends early where we have fully performed the contract and only began performance after you expressly requested it and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the contract was fully performed.
